Following severe flood damage, this project involved the strip-out and remedial works to the bedrooms, bar, restaurant, kitchen, gym and spa along with a sympathetic and high specification refurbishment.
In addition, the external elevations were redecorated and repairs undertaken to the timber sash windows. Integral to this was the liaison and negotiation with the insurer’s loss adjustors
