This project involves site clearance, remediation works and the construction of 70 new-build apartments including an undercroft car park and associated external works. With iLEX Project Management carrying out Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent services through pre and post contract stages. The project is currently on site and is due for completion by early 2021.
