iLEX Project Management was appointed for the successful delivery of Pure Padel’s new facility in Stockport. Working to a fast-track 6-week programme, iLEX PM led the project from inception through to completion, ensuring tight cost control, clear programme management, and seamless contract administration throughout. Despite the ambitious timeline, the project was delivered on schedule and within the £550,000 budget.
