iLEX Project Management was appointed for the successful delivery of Pure Padel’s new facility in Nottingham, located within a historic Grade-listed 1910 bus depot. The project required sensitive integration of modern leisure infrastructure within an existing heritage structure, including substantial roof works, slab upgrades, full MEP installation, and comprehensive asbestos removal. The scheme also comprised the construction of 7 high-quality courts, a new F&B area, and a retail shop complete with WC and shower facilities to support an enhanced customer experience.
Working to a demanding 12-week programme, iLEX PM led the project from concept through to handover, ensuring rigorous programme management, transparent cost control, and coordinated delivery across multiple specialist trades. Despite the complex heritage constraints and technical interventions required within the listed building, the project was delivered on time and within the £1m budget.
Completed to the highest standard and fully aligned with the client’s operational vision, the Nottingham facility reflects iLEX PM’s capability in managing intricate, logistically challenging leisure projects.
