This project was the strip-out and refurbishment of a 1970’s office block to convert it into 80 apartments comprising of studio, one and two bed units. Works included a complete internal fit-out to form the residential units and circulation areas, along with new mechanical and electrical installations, services diversions, drainage and upgraded external hard and soft landscaping.
