This project comprised the strip out of the existing Real Food Company food court in the airside mezzanine of Manchester Airport T1. Fit out was in accordance with a bespoke design, and included for alterations to the existing kitchen and M+E installation along with a new bar, fixtures, fittings, zoned music system and props. A prominent aspect of this concept was the installation of private sound booths with selfserve beer fonts, where customers could play their own music without disturbing other guests.
