This project comprised stripping out the existing Prohibition bar in Greek Street and subsequent fit-out to form the newest addition to Living Ventures’ Alchemist brand expansion, working in tandem with Macaulay Sinclair as project architects. Extensive use of bespoke joinery and metalwork elements combined to create a bar and dining room full of intricate and bold detailing, and included a full new service kitchen, back of house support areas and large cocktail and service bar. A fully integrated music system was also incorporated, following extensive acoustic work to prevent breakout to neighbouring properties.
