This was a joint venture between Castlewood Developments (Birkenhead) Ltd and Pochin Developments Ltd. A 95,000 square feet retail store and 690 space car park including the demolition works, extensive services diversions, S278 highway works and new-build to form a retail store and car park within Birkenhead Town Centre. Our role incorporated the management and co-ordination of the feasibility and planning stages of the project along with the implementation of the advanced works which included extensive service and drainage diversions.
