The Works comprise the construction of 9nr apartments with ancillary basement space, external works and associated hard and soft landscaping.

The client R B Properties 1 Ltd have obtained planning permission for the new-build construction of 9Nr apartments situated on the site of 214/216 Moss Lane, Bramhall.

The project will be divided into the following phases which will be procured under two separate Building Contracts.

Phase 1 – Enabling and demolition works
Phase 2 – New-Build construction

Both phases are to be undertaken by IQ Projects ltd under a negotiated contract with a JCT 2011 Minor Works contract being instigated for the enabling and demolition works and a JCT 2011 Design and Build contract for the new-build works.
