Strip-out of the existing Yates’s bar within Birmingham Airport airside and fit-out to form a new bar and restaurant. This comprised of minor adaptations to the kitchen including the formation of a new pass-through constructed within the 1 hour fire wall. The bar and seating areas were fitted-out in accordance with a bespoke design along with a glazed cellar area complete with all furniture, fittings, equipment, zoned lighting, signage, graphics and bric-a-brac.
