Taking over a vacant unit in Greek Street, extensive remodelling works were undertaken to remove an existing part glazed construction facing the street, and replace with a fully opening shopfront with dining space behind, and an entirely new entrance area including DDA access platform. The fit-out included widespread use of high quality, bespoke metalwork and joinery, along with marble and stone elements, to create a relaxed and inviting dining space with ancillary bar. All new kitchen including a bespoke wood-fired pizza oven, back of house support and public toilet areas were created, along with new staircases and emergency means of escape to suit the new layout of the space
