The redevelopment of Barncrosh Farm to incorporate a 4,245 sqm leisure facility that will service a holiday resort comprising of 444 lodges built over four individual phases. This will include the demolition of the existing holiday let buildings, formation of site access and circulation roads, highway junction works, drainage, incoming utilities and landscaped areas. The leisure facility will encompass a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, spa, children’s play areas and reception facilities for the holiday park and external play areas.
