iLEX Project Management was appointed to deliver the new Alembic Bar at Bristol Airport on behalf of global operator HMSHost UK. This fast-paced fit-out was completed within a live airport environment, under a compressed programme and strict budget, with no compromise on quality or customer experience.

The result is a contemporary, Mediterranean-inspired bar and restaurant that elevates the airport’s food & beverage offering—combining warm, modern interiors with a carefully curated menu of small plates, premium wines, and regional spirits.

From initial planning through to handover, iLEX provided full project management services—coordinating contractors, managing costs, and driving the programme to ensure timely delivery ahead of a key summer launch.
